Education Hotline

At Children’s Nebraska, we are committed to ensuring the safety, satisfaction, and success of each one of our staff members and students. We opened the Education Hotline as a way for learners of all types and levels — fellows, residents, students, shadows, and academic interns, from medicine, nursing, allied health, pharmacy, social work, and business — to provide feedback about their educational experience.

Important Information

  • This area is NOT for giving medical advice to patients or their families.
  • If you need medical advice, please contact your primary care clinic, urgent care, or emergency department.

  • If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Option #1: Compliment A Staff Member

Children’s wants to know when our educators go above and beyond the normal educational experience. Please tell us who you would like to recognize and why. Please be as specific as possible when completing the comment box. We will ensure the educator and/or department is recognized for their hard work and dedication.

Option #2: Express a Concern

Children’s is committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and respectful environment for all learners and staff. We always encourage conflict resolution at the lowest level possible with supervising faculty or program directors. If you still have concerns about topics related to the education process, please do not hesitate to notify us by filling out the comment box below. Concerns entered in the Learner Hotline go directly to the Director of Medical Education. While we would like to have your name and contact information so we can ask clarifying questions or pass along the results of our investigation, this information is not required.
This form is for educational feedback purposes only.
It is not intended for clinical inquiries or patient-related concerns.

Do not include sensitive personal information.
