Lianna M. Ng, OD

Dr. Lianna Ng is an optometrist on the Children's Nebraska ophthalmology team. Dr. Ng received her doctor of optometry degree from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Drexel University (formerly Salus University) in 2014.

 

Dr. Ng specializes in myopia control and management. Her specific interest in myopia started with her personal journey with glasses at an early age. She also enjoys treating other refractive disorders, ocular disease, rarer types of eye problems and co-managing cases with ophthalmologists.

 

Dr. Ng’s goal is to make sure each child has all the tools they need while transitioning from infancy to childhood then into adolescence. Because children are limited by their life experiences, they may not know how to express vision hardships. That’s why early vision screenings and routine exams can help ensure that your child can see and function at their best for all the things life has in store for them.

 

In addition to her love of eyecare, she is a wife, mother and avid dog lover! You can catch her trying new restaurants, cooking at home or traveling as much as possible to see everything the world can offer.
