Clancy E. McNally, MD

Hi, I’m Clancy McNally. I am a pediatrician with Children’s Physicians at our Bellevue office. I would hope they would describe me as kind and not like Dr. McOwie or McScary, or things sometimes kids will say. I would hope that a parent would trust me with their child’s care — because I know from firsthand as a parent, you know how things feel. And so I like to walk through with parents, and we’ll come up with plans that work for them and work for us, as well as using expertise from training.

 

I really like the bread and butter of pediatrics, seeing a variety of different things. I have had — through my career — more babies come to me with feeding issues and tolerances to different things. I think probably because I had some experience with that with my own children as well, but I seem to get a lot of those in my practice.

 

I think the best advice I have for parents is that you need to find a pediatrician in an office that’s going to work for you both personality wise and for your convenience, for your schedules, for where you live. It’s really trying to find somebody that can become part of your family because that’s what we are. We’re here to watch your families and your children grow. And it’s finding that right fit.
