Megan Norris is wonderful! She is caring and takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered, she goes the extra mile.

Megan is caring and professional. I brought my son in with a cut that required staples. The front desk told us it would be over 2 hours before we could be seen. Megan overheard from the back and got us in and out in under 30 minutes. She has a work ethic and caring attitude for people you rarely see anymore. She was kind and confident. A lot of medical professionals in recent years seem like they do not know what they are doing, but I had no doubt in Megan’s abilities. She is smart. I live in Omaha, so it’s a 20-25 minute drive to children’s urgent care but if my children are in need of urgent care in the future, I plan to call here to be seen by Megan every time. We have had a lot of negative experiences trying to find good doctors office since our primary care became a membership only doctor, and Megan was a breath of fresh air renewing my faith in medical care.
