My name is Frances Smith, and I’m a pediatrician at Children’s Physicians.

 

I think my patients would describe me as someone who is caring, understanding, a good listener, honest, a hard worker, and who will always do my best to take the best care of your kid.

 

Parents should trust me because I really focus on taking care of the whole child. Not just their physical well-being, but their whole mental well-being as well as developmental state. We address all aspects of their child as they are growing up from birth through young adulthood. Taking care of the whole person is really an important thing for me.

 

Trust your instinct as a parent. If you really feel like there is something that is not right or something that is bothering you, make sure that you voice that concern because sometimes you might know your child better than we do. It’s important for you to let us know when you feel like there’s something that is just not right, so we can fully address everything that we need to look into.
