Heather M. Thomas, MD

Heather M. Thomas, MD, is the Nebraska Regional Cystic Fibrosis Center Director as well as the Aerodigestive Multidisciplinary team director. She specializes in the care of children with cystic fibrosis, aspiration/dysphagia issues, asthma and general pulmonary disorders. She performs flexible laryngoscopy and bronchoscopy whenever necessary to help with diagnosis and/or treatment of lung conditions. She is the Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship Program director and works closely with fellows, residents and students in the department. Dr. Thomas is an associate professor of Pediatrics at University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Medicine.
