The Crisis Assessment Center is a welcoming and innovative facility where families can find immediate support during a behavioral health crisis. We've created a unique, sensory-responsive environment to help reduce stress and anxiety from the moment you walk through our doors. Our goal is to provide timely assessment, support and connection to the right services for your child’s needs. We welcome every child and adolescent, from birth through age 19. If your child is in crisis, you can come to us at any time.
No appointment or referral is necessary.

At the Crisis Assessment Center, you’ll meet a caring team ready to help your child feel safe and supported. Therapists provide immediate emotional support and create a plan for next steps. Peer support specialists offer understanding and encouragement from their own experiences. Behavioral Health technicians help with comfort, safety and activities during your visit. When needed, medical providers are available for extra care. Together, we’re here to listen, guide and help your family through this challenging time.

Prepare for Your Visit

Walk in anytime—no appointment or referral needed. The Crisis Assessment Center meets children where they are, offering same-day support from a therapist or provider who will help create a plan for what comes next. If your child needs more time and care, they may transition to our stabilization center, a safe and calming space where they can reset. Here, children can access individual or group therapy, family support, and quiet areas to reset and feel secure. Our goal is to provide immediate intervention and crisis stabilization for children and families facing a wide range of behavioral health challenges.
