Performing Arts Program

We help young performers recover from injuries and setbacks, getting them back to doing what they love. Our specialized Performing Arts sports medicine and physical therapy teams are here to help.

About Us

Children's Nebraska's Performing Arts program helps young performers recover from injuries and setbacks so they can return to the stage stronger, healthier, and more confident. Our multidisciplinary team includes sports medicine physicians, orthopedic surgeons, sports physical therapists, athletic trainers and sports nutritionists, all focused on the performer’s medical needs.

We specialize in diagnosing and treating performing arts–related injuries using the latest research, evidence-based practices and advanced technology to provide comprehensive, head-to-toe evaluation and care. Our team understands the unique biomechanics, repetition patterns and artistic pressures young performers face and educate on injury prevention and health maintenance, using specialized treatment tailored to dance, cheerleading, figure skating, gymnastics and music.
