Children’s Physicians Flu Vaccine Clinics

Help keep your family healthy this cold and flu season by ensuring everyone receives their flu vaccine

Scheduled Flu Vaccine Clinics Begin October 1, 2024

It is important for everyone to receive their yearly flu vaccinations, especially those who are frequently around young children. The CDC recommends that everyone should receive a flu vaccine by the end of October. Any child 6 months and older, parents or guardians and breastfeeding mothers can receive their flu vaccine this fall.

Because influenza viruses change, flu vaccines are updated yearly, which means you and your child must get a flu vaccine each year. Also, children who have never received the vaccine will need two doses the first year.

Our Children’s Physicians will have in-office flu vaccine clinics throughout October and November, and some will have drive-thru clinics in October. All flu clinics will be appointment only. Call your Children’s Physicians office, or log into Children’s Connect via your computer or the mobile app and select “Schedule an Appointment” to directly schedule your child’s visit.

Vaccines for Family Members

Children’s Physicians is offering vaccines to family members accompanying the child. These will be offered at all in-office appointments.

If you have questions or concerns, always reach out to a primary care provider. They are happy to provide answers and clarity.

Drive-Thru Flu Vaccine Clinics

For families using a drive-thru clinic, we ask that children 6 years old and younger wear shorts or similar apparel as we will administer the vaccine to their legs. Children 7 years old and up will have the vaccine administered to their arms.
